Please include your device model, iOS/iPadOS/watchOS version, CourtPulse app version, and whether Live Sync was enabled.
Common Checks
- If Apple Watch does not update iPhone, make sure Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi are enabled and both devices are nearby.
- If iPad scoreboard does not connect, make sure Local Network permission is enabled for CourtPulse.
- If the watch screen locks during play, reopen CourtPulse; the active match is restored from local storage.
